When you want to spend your time on a boat, you need some boating skills and seamanship. The more, the better!

Being on the water is a lot of fun. You and I know this.

But, boating can be also quite dangerous and stressful when you don't know how to cope with a certain situation.

So, you do need them!


They include knowledge about weather, navigation, rules... and the know-how of boat-handling, for example.

Now, the good thing is that you can learn all these.

I definitely recommend you to follow some courses, theoretical and practical, at a sailing school. You can only benefit from this experience!


The aim to know all this, is that you feel comfortable at sea and that you are prepared for the normal foreseeable things.
